# QUOMODA

QUOMODA replaces the spreadsheet-and-email workflow that small fashion brands use to
run a wholesale season. One record carries a style from linesheet to buyer order to
allocated stock to shipment to invoice, so the same numbers appear in the order, the
document and the report.

## What it does

- **Linesheets** — build a digital linesheet from the catalogue, share it publicly or
  privately, and take buyer orders directly from it. Excel order forms import and export.
- **Wholesale orders** — confirm, edit and split orders by delivery drop and door; turn
  a confirmed order into an order confirmation, proforma or invoice.
- **Stock allocation** — allocate on-hand and incoming stock across orders, with coverage
  shown per order and per article, and reservations pushed to Shopify.
- **Production** — turn unmet demand into purchase orders per supplier and receive stock
  back into inventory in one atomic step.
- **Fulfilment** — pick lists, packing lists, partial shipments and shipping documents.
- **Invoicing** — invoices, deposits, proformas and credit notes on the brand's own
  document template, numbered and versioned.
- **Integrations** — two-way Shopify product and stock sync; accounting connectors.

- Brand plan: €89 per month, or €71 per month billed annually. Every feature included.
- Extra team seats: €9.95 per month.
- Buyer accounts: free and unlimited. Buyers never pay to order from a brand.
- No commission on orders, no setup fee, no minimum contract. Cancel anytime.

## Who it is for

Independent and small fashion brands selling wholesale to retailers, typically 1–20
people, often also selling DTC through Shopify. It is not an enterprise PLM and does
not try to be.
