Pricing
Price lists per season, currencies, wholesale vs retail pricing.
What is a price list?
A price list defines wholesale and retail prices for your products. You can create multiple price lists for different currencies or customer tiers. Price lists are organized per season — pick the season at the top of the Pricing page.
Can I copy prices from one season to the next?
Yes. On the Pricing page, select the target season and use "Copy" to bring a price list over from another season — carry-over pricing in one click.
How do I set up different currencies?
When creating a price list, select the currency. You can have separate price lists per currency and assign them to specific customers or regions.
Can I assign different prices to different customers?
Yes. Assign specific price lists to customer accounts. When a customer views your linesheet, they see prices from their assigned price list.
How do I set wholesale from retail (or the reverse)?
The Pricing page is a spreadsheet-style grid. You can type prices directly, or set a live link between columns so one drives the other.
Wholesale = RRP ÷ 2.5
RRP = Landed cost × 4Links are stored with the price list, so when a cost or RRP changes the linked column recalculates automatically.
