Linesheets

Click Statistics on the linesheet card. A panel slides in with what was actually ordered against it:

1. 1Orders by customer — orders, units, articles bought into and value per customer.
2. 2Units by article — units, value, and how many retailers bought each article. An article on one retailer is a different story from the same units spread across twelve.
3. 3Colours, categories and gender — units, share and retailer count for each.
4. 4Size curve — the average size run across every order, kept separate for alpha and numeric sizes.

The headline is the total order value — what the customers actually owe. If an order carries a discount, the line total is shown underneath so you can see both.

Sort Units by article by units or by value, and click a column twice to flip the direction.

Units that a pick has been requested for but that haven't shipped yet. They are committed — you can't request them a second time — but the stock is still on the shelf, so they aren't "shipped" either.

They get their own amber segment on the order bar for exactly that reason. Folding them in with the shipped units would say they had gone, and folding them in with the ready units would let the same garment be picked twice.

Click the chart icon on any season, in either the card or the list view. You get the same statistics as a linesheet, plus a By linesheet table showing how the season split across the linesheets that belong to it.

An order counts towards a season if it is tagged with that season or if it came from one of that season's linesheets — so a direct order with no linesheet still appears, listed as "direct".

Because that is what your catalogue says. Categories in the statistics are folded through your product hierarchy (Settings → Products), so an article whose category field holds a subcategory name — "T-shirts" instead of "Apparel" — is rolled up to its correct parent automatically.

What can't be folded is a value the hierarchy has never heard of. Those units are counted separately and the card names them, with a warning, so you can add them to the tree rather than wonder where they went.

Go to Linesheets and click "New linesheet". Select a season, then add products from your catalog. Arrange and customize the layout in the editor.

Yes. The linesheet editor lets you adjust product display, grid size, fonts, and presentation settings. You can reorder products by drag-and-drop.

Customers see product images, descriptions, wholesale prices (from their assigned price list), and can add items to their wishlist or place orders directly.

In the linesheet editor, use the product catalog panel to browse or search for products. Click "Add" to include them in the linesheet.

Each linesheet has a mode, set in the editor:

Pre-order (default) — buyers order freely against the collection; quantities aren't limited by what's on hand. The classic sell-in linesheet.

Stock — for re-orders on immediates: buyers see live availability from the warehouse you pick, and their quantities are capped to what's actually on hand, so a stock linesheet can never oversell.

Yes — some buyers live in spreadsheets, and that's fine:

1. 1On the linesheet (or its card in your app), download the Excel order form — one row per style, one column per size.
2. 2The buyer fills in quantities and sends the file back.
3. 3In Orders → New order, use Import order form — the matrix fills itself from the file, matched by article number.
