What are the guide cards at the top of each page?

Every module opens with a short page guide — what the page does, how it fits the workflow, and a link to its Help Center topic.

Dismiss a guide with the × once you know your way around — QUOMODA remembers per page.

Lost on a page? Click the ? icon in the top-right header and choose Show page guide to bring the card back.
How do I create my account?

Signup takes under a minute — no trial gate, you pick a plan and you're in.

  1. 1Open the sign-up page and register with your email and password, or Continue with Google.
  2. 2Choose whether you're a Brand or a Buyer — buyers join free, brands pick a plan.
  3. 3Your workspace is created automatically — it holds your brand, team and data.
  4. 4Land on your Dashboard, where a Getting started checklist walks you through the rest.
The first thing the onboarding checklist nudges is your brand profile — logo, currency and VAT — because those flow onto every linesheet, invoice and PDF.
Can I sign in with Google?

Yes — use "Continue with Google" on the sign-in or sign-up page. If it's a new account, you'll be asked once whether you're a brand or a buyer, then you're in. No second sign-in needed.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link — open it and choose a new password. If the link has expired, just request a new one.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your top-level organization in QUOMODA. It contains your brand(s), team members, and all associated data. Each workspace has its own billing and settings.

How do I set up my brand?

After creating your workspace, go to Settings to configure your brand name, logo, and contact details. This information appears on linesheets, invoices, and documents shared with customers.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings and use the Team section to invite collaborators by email. Your first seat is included; extra seats are billed as an add-on.

Is there a fast way to jump anywhere?

Yes — press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in the app to open the command palette.

  1. 1Type to search pages, products, orders, buyers and suppliers in one box.
  2. 2Type or scan an EAN to jump straight to the product it belongs to — the result names the size and SKU carrying that code, so a barcode off a box or a returned parcel is enough to find the style.
  3. 3Enrich products from a file is here too — fill in EANs, costs, weights or composition on styles you already have, from a spreadsheet. Also on Products → Enrich from file.
  4. 4With the box empty you get quick actions (new product, new order…) and your recent items.
  5. 5Arrow keys + Enter to go — you never touch the mouse.
