Dashboard
Your at-a-glance overview — KPIs, revenue by channel, and what needs attention.
What does the dashboard show me?
The dashboard is your home base: headline KPIs, a revenue chart, what needs your attention, live shipments and recent orders — all for the brand and season you’re looking at.
- 1KPI cards — confirmed revenue, active orders, outstanding (with overdue flag) and open POs, with month-over-month trend.
- 2Filters — narrow everything by season, by channel, or a custom date range.
- 3Revenue by channel — each bar stacks Wholesale / Ecom / Retail; hover for the exact split.
- 4Needs attention — overdue invoices, orders stuck >48h, POs due soon, closing order windows.
Can I filter the dashboard?
Three filters sit in the header and apply across the KPIs and the revenue chart:
- 1Season — focus on one or more collections.
- 2Channel — Wholesale, Ecom, Retail, Distributor, Agent or Consignment (the same split the revenue chart stacks by).
- 3Range — a custom date window (3M / 6M / 12M / YTD, or pick From–To); the chart buckets by month, week or day depending on the span.
How do I read the revenue chart?
Each bar is one period; the coloured segments are your channels. Hover any bar for a tooltip with the period total and the exact split per channel (amount and %).
A scope switch under the chart title picks which orders count: Confirmed (accepted through delivered — the default), Pending (drafts and unconfirmed, i.e. your pipeline), Delivered (realised only), or All (everything except cancelled).
What is "Needs attention"?
A live action list: overdue invoices, orders stuck pending for more than 48 hours, purchase orders due in the next 10 days, pending buyer access requests, and order windows about to close. Click any item to jump straight to it.
What does the bell in the header show?
The notification bell collects things worth acting on, each with a one-click jump:
- 1Late purchase orders — POs past their expected delivery date.
- 2Stuck orders — orders pending for more than 48 hours.
- 3Shopify sync errors — failures in the last 24 hours, with a link to the log.
- 4Wishlist trends — styles several buyers saved this week.
Below the alerts sits a live feed of recent stock movements and sync activity.
What happens when I click an order on the dashboard?
It opens as a peek panel — a slide-over preview with the order’s lines, totals, status and timeline, without leaving the dashboard. You can change its season or order date right there; open the full page from the panel when you need more.
