What buyers see — the portal, ordering from linesheets, wishlists and documents.
Does the brand see which styles I look at?
Yes. When you open a linesheet signed in, or through your invite link, the brand sees your visit under your company name: when you came, how long you spent, the styles you opened or lingered on, what you put in your basket, and roughly where from (city and device). It helps them follow up with the right styles. Nothing is saved on your device to do this, and it is described in our privacy policy.
Where do I find the images of what I ordered?
In Image bank, in the menu of your buyer account (and as a card on your dashboard). It holds everything you need to sell what you bought, per brand and season:
- 1The brand's campaigns for that season — the shoot, at full resolution, with the brand's notes on credits and usage.
- 2Every style you ordered, with exactly the images the linesheet showed it with — the brand's own selection, not every photo that exists — plus the units you ordered and the order number.
Pick the season at the top: the bank opens on the season you ordered most recently, and All seasons shows everything at once with the styles grouped under their season (downloading everything then puts each season in its own folder). If you buy from several brands, the seasons are grouped under each brand.
Hover an image and click the download button for that one file, open it large and step through with the arrow keys, or download everything as a zip: the whole season, the campaign alone, all the styles, or one style. Style images are named by their article number (001-001.jpg, then 001-001_2.jpg, 001-001_3.jpg), ready to drop into a web shop or match to your own catalogue; campaign images keep the file names the brand gave them. Cancelled and draft orders do not count; everything else you ordered does.
How do buyers access their account?
Send a buyer an invite (or a public linesheet link) and they sign up free against your brand. From then on they sign in to a portal scoped to your collections — no cost, no app to install.
How do buyers place an order?
- 1They open a linesheet you shared (public link, or assigned in their portal).
- 2They browse styles at their price list, set quantities per size, and add to the order.
- 3They submit — it lands in your Orders as Pending for you to confirm.
What else can buyers do in the portal?
Build wishlists while they browse, track their orders’ status, and open their own Documents view to download order confirmations. They only ever see what you’ve shared with them.
