How do buyers access their account?
Send a buyer an invite (or a public linesheet link) and they sign up free against your brand. From then on they sign in to a portal scoped to your collections — no cost, no app to install.
How do buyers place an order?
- 1They open a linesheet you shared (public link, or assigned in their portal).
- 2They browse styles at their price list, set quantities per size, and add to the order.
- 3They submit — it lands in your Orders as Pending for you to confirm.
What else can buyers do in the portal?
Build wishlists while they browse, track their orders’ status, and open their own Documents view to download order confirmations. They only ever see what you’ve shared with them.
Do buyers see my costs or other customers’ prices?
Never. A buyer sees only the linesheets assigned to them and the single price list set for their account — your costs, margins and other tiers stay private.
